Orders and payment

Orders are paid securely online through Square and confirmed after successful payment.

Changes and cancellations

Parents should contact the school coordinator to edit or cancel an order before the posted deadline. After the deadline, production may have begun and changes, cancellations, or refunds may not be available. Approved refunds are returned through Square.

Dates and availability

Schools and servicing stores may adjust deadlines, delivery details, flavors, or quantities when operationally necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes using the contact information provided with the order.

Ingredients and preparation occur in a food-service environment. Contact the servicing Smoothie King location before ordering with allergy, nutrition, or ingredient questions.
