Privacy policy

We collect the student name, homeroom, parent or guardian name and email, and order details needed to organize and fulfill each school fundraiser.

How information is used

Information is used to confirm orders, prepare cup labels, coordinate pickup or delivery, track payment status, calculate school earnings, send fundraiser reminders, and provide private order lookup. It is shared only with authorized school coordinators, participating Smoothie King managers, and service providers needed to operate the site, process payment, and deliver email.

Automatic privacy cleanup

Each fundraiser has a retention period selected by the owner, set to 60 days after delivery by default. When that period ends, student names, homerooms, parent names, and email addresses are automatically removed. Anonymous totals, payment status, refund history, and school earnings remain for accounting and reporting.

Our commitments

We do not sell personal information. Private dashboards use unlisted access links and should be shared only with authorized staff. Payment-card details are handled by Square and are not stored on this site.
